Food & Memorabilia for the 100 years of Scouting

We would like to have some goodies to share after the 100 years of scouting broadcast on Oct 29.

So, can each ward bring 3 dishes that they had at camp this year?  So, if you made sausage and peppers, Pillsbury apple pie, and teriyaki chicken this summer at camp and those were your favorites, bring those.  This would be an opportunity to invite the youth leaders to organize and help a few boys with their cooking MB.

I'm guessing you'll have quite a few attendees since all scouters are invited.  So, if every ward brings enough food to cover "snacking" for their ward, then we can all share around and have a good discussion of food at our camps.

We would also like to invite all scouters, particularly the old ones, to bring their cool and rare scouting memorabilia to the stake center around 5:30 PM on Oct 29 to be displayed in the cultural hall.  I'll line the room with tables to display the scouting stuff.

After the broadcast and the chair clean-up, we can all share some food and scouting stories.
